What's not awesome is the plane leaves at 9 and I apparently need to be there at 6, and right now it's 1. Thirty.

I'm continuing to not really do any sort of art, or anything worth watching, so... bleh.

Got a DS and the Japanese Dictionary (Kanji Sonomama Rakubiki Jiten) thing, plus a few games.
Although I'm feeling vaguely disgruntled - I bought the thing because I, as yet, know few Kanji, and the first thing I notice is that the dictionary, being made for a Japanese person, has quite a lot of Kanji. Which would be nice if there was a way to select those Kanji and see the definition for those, but apparently it can only do such a thing with the English words in a definition.
Also it's damn finicky about stroke order.

Also no rum allowed on the academic program. Makes me sad. Saaaad.
Though I wonder if there's actually a rule about drinking it right away, since it just says (or at least seems to say) "no alcohol allowed in residence."
Hrrrrrm.
